We believe that our berries add sunshine to life, but they aren’t the only things…

Laugh

Laughing. Like a proper big shoulder-shaker. Who makes you laugh like that? Get on Zoom or pick up the phone and see how long it takes before you have tears of joy running down your face.

Swim

A swim! The feeling you get when you totally submerge yourself and feel the cool cold water sliding over your skin. That sensation of freedom as you glide through the water, followed by the indisputable, feel-good smugness at the end –  THAT kind of swimming!

Fresh

Find fresh. Any kind of fresh… Fresh air is always a good start – go for a walk and blow some cobwebs away! Squeeze and drink some fresh berry juice. Find a fresh opinion or seek out a fresh perspective. Whatever you need to feel renewed. Get fresh. Feel good.

Dance

Dancing. That breathless feeling you get after dancing your ABSOLUTE SOCKS OFF because your favourite tune miraculously came on or you just had the best news. Dance because you feel like it. Dance like nobody is watching, dance because you can. 

Hug

A HUG … your boyfriend, or girlfriend, or both (we see you), the person who identifies as your mum, the cat (as long as it won’t scratch, no-one needs that), your friend, your daughter or son even if they’ve just said ‘muuuuuuumm’ for the 143,000 time since breakfast. It doesn’t matter. Embrace  them and feel good.

Run

Running! Computer off, favourite trainers on, worries parked and just get outside. Feel the air in your lungs and enjoy the goodness it brings. Feel the sun, feel the wind or feel the rain – they’re all good, so go forth and fulfil your running destiny!

Stroke

That feeling on your fingertips when you stroke a pet which has been in the family forever. A fluffy dog passing by whose fur feels like a cloud that you MUST touch and make a fuss of. Or stroking your face after a much needed pamper and revelling in that feeling of absolute calm and contentedness.

Reflect

Like when you reflect. And, without getting all Little Book of Calm on you, it’s actually pretty important there’s actually quite a lot of sunshine when you stop, look back, reflect and see how far you’ve come.
